Learn how to use many of the new or changed features in Office 2016 (Office 2016 is included in Office 365). Some features apply to all Office applications and others are specific to Outlook, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.

Course Description

Have you upgraded to Office 2016 or plan to do so in the near future? Do you want to learn about the new features in the 2016 version of Microsoft's most popular programs?

Attend this course if you want to:

  • Learn about the new features in Outlook 2016, such as inline replies and forwards, attaching most-recently-opened files to message, and the Weather Bar.

  • Learn about the new features shared in all of the Office 2016 programs, such as the Tell Me help system and Smart Lookup.

  • Learn about the new features in Word 2016, such as the new Design tab and editing PDF documents within Word.

  • Learn about the new features in Excel 2016, such as Flash Fill, Quick Analysis, new chart types, and 3D Maps.

  • Learn about the new features in PowerPoint 2016, such as Presenter View and inserting a screen recording.
